Cleanser OEM Manufacturing: Taiwan GMP-Certified Facial Wash & Foam OEM/ODM | Misatsu International
Cleansing — the step that decides whether the rest of the routine works
Good skincare starts with cleansing done right. Over-cleansing strips the skin's natural barrier and leaves it oily on the surface, dry underneath, and prone to sensitivity. Under-cleansing leaves pores congested and the complexion dull. Amino acid cleansers have become one of the fastest-growing search terms in skincare as consumers move toward gentler cleansing.
Every cleanser Misatsu produces is built on amino acid surfactants, which clean effectively while keeping the skin's slightly acidic environment and sebum film intact.

Core manufacturing capability
Amino acid surfactants
Built on amino acid surfactants such as Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, at pH 5.5–6.0 — close to the skin's own pH, so it never leaves skin tight or dry after washing.
Mousse foam technology
A specialist pump converts liquid cleanser into a dense foam. The softer texture reduces the direct contact between surfactant and skin.
Enzyme cleansing
Papain and bromelain break down keratin from dead skin cells gently — more effective and far less abrasive than physical scrubs.
Soap-base free
Completely free of soap base, avoiding the alkaline environment that strips lipids and disrupts skin pH.
MOQ and development timeline
MOQ: 1,000 units (single SKU) Development: 8–12 weeks — cleanser formulations are relatively simple, giving the shortest development cycle of any category
Cleansers carry the lowest development cost and the fastest route to market, which makes them well suited to a new brand's first product.
